2. Scope
This Policy applies to personal data processed through the Services and to related onboarding, account administration, identity verification, payment, customer support, marketing, referral, security and program-integrity activities. It does not govern third-party websites or services that publish their own privacy notices.
3. Personal Data We May Collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect the following categories of personal data.
3.1 Identity and contact data. Name, date of birth, country of residence, nationality, postal address, email address, telephone number, username and account identifiers.

3.4 Verification and compliance data. Government-issued identification, proof of address, date of birth, nationality, sanctions or politically exposed person screening results, and verification results. Where a verification provider uses a selfie, liveness check or facial comparison, it may process images or biometric-related data under its own notice and our instructions, as applicable.
3.5 Simulated trading and program data. Selected program, virtual account identifier, simulated orders and positions, strategy and performance metrics, risk limits, rule breaches, platform activity, timestamps, IP and device correlations, eligibility reviews and reward-related records.

3.9 Fraud, security and investigation data. Login history, authentication events, suspected duplicate accounts, device or network associations, payment-risk indicators, abuse reports, and records created during an investigation or appeal.
4. How We Collect Personal Data
We collect data directly from you when you register, purchase, complete verification, use a simulated program, submit a form, contact support or communicate with us. We collect some data automatically through cookies, logs and similar technologies. We may also receive data from payment providers, identity-verification and fraud-prevention providers, trading or analytics platforms, referral partners, marketing providers, public sources and authorities where lawful.
5. Why We Use Personal Data and Our Legal Bases
We use personal data only where we have a valid purpose and lawful basis. Depending on the activity and applicable law, the basis may be performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with law, our legitimate interests, protection of legal rights, or consent.
- Provide, activate and administer your account, programs and customer support; process orders, refunds and performance rewards; and communicate service notices (contract).
- Confirm identity, age and eligibility; conduct KYC, sanctions and fraud screening; protect accounts; enforce Program Rules; and maintain platform integrity (contract, legal obligation and legitimate interests).
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the Services; analyse aggregate usage; train support staff; and maintain business records (legitimate interests and, where required, consent).
- Comply with tax, accounting, consumer, privacy, sanctions, anti-fraud and other legal requirements; respond to authorities; and establish, exercise or defend legal claims (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
- Send marketing, offers and surveys, and manage referrals or affiliates (consent where required, or legitimate interests where permitted).
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider whether the processing is necessary and whether your rights override those interests. You may object as described below.
6. Verification, Fraud Prevention and Automated Tools
We may use rule-based or automated tools to identify unusual account, device, payment or simulated trading activity. These tools may flag an account for verification or human review. A flag is not, by itself, a final finding of wrongdoing. Where a decision has a legal or similarly significant effect and applicable law gives you a right to human review, you may ask us to review the decision and provide relevant information.
7. When We Share Personal Data
We do not disclose personal data except as described in this Policy, at the point of collection, with your direction or consent, or where required by law. Recipients may include:
- cloud hosting, cybersecurity, email, customer-support, analytics, document-signing and communications providers;
- payment processors, acquiring banks and fraud-prevention providers;
- identity-verification, KYC, sanctions-screening and compliance providers;
- simulated trading, market-data, platform and technology providers;
- professional advisers, auditors, insurers, banks and corporate service providers;
- affiliates and referral partners, but only to the extent needed to operate the relevant relationship;
- a purchaser, investor or successor in a merger, financing, reorganisation or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality; and
- courts, regulators, law-enforcement bodies and other authorities where disclosure is required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security or the integrity of the Services.
Service providers may use data only for agreed purposes and must apply appropriate safeguards. Some recipients act as independent controllers and publish their own privacy notices.
8. International Data Transfers
Rapid Trading and its service providers may process personal data outside your country, including in countries with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use recognised safeguards such as contractual protections, adequacy decisions, consent, or another lawful transfer mechanism. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data.
9. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate login, security, checkout and preference functions. Where we use non-essential analytics or advertising technologies, we will request consent through the cookie banner displayed on the website. You may change or withdraw that consent through the cookie settings available from the website or by adjusting your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the Services from working.
10. Data Retention
We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above. Account, program, contract and customer-support records are generally retained while the account is active and for up to six years after account closure or the last purchase. Payment, accounting and tax records are retained for at least seven years after the end of the relevant tax period. KYC, fraud, complaint and investigation records are generally retained for up to six years after the relevant matter closes, unless law requires a longer period. Technical, security and cookie logs are generally retained for up to 24 months. Marketing data is retained until you opt out or after 24 months of inactivity. We may retain records longer where necessary for a legal claim, regulatory request, investigation or legal hold. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it.
11. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, misuse, alteration or disclosure. These may include access controls, encryption in transit, authentication, monitoring, backups and staff confidentiality obligations. No system is completely secure. You are responsible for using a strong password, keeping credentials confidential and notifying us promptly of suspected account misuse.
12. Marketing Choices
You may unsubscribe from promotional email by using the link in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to administer your account, purchases, security, policy changes or customer-service requests. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.
13. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, you may have the right to request access to personal data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, or review of certain automated decisions. You may also have the right to complain to a competent data-protection authority.
To make a request, email support@rapidtrading.com with the subject "Privacy Request". Describe the request and identify the account concerned. We may verify your identity before responding. We will respond within the period required by applicable law and will explain if an exemption applies. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a lawful privacy right.
14. Children
The Services are intended only for persons aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly offer the Services to children or knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us so that we can investigate and take appropriate action.
15. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may link to payment, identity-verification, simulated trading, social-media or other third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those notices before providing information.
16. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology or the Services. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, provide additional notice or seek consent. Material changes will not be applied retroactively where that would be unlawful.
